COVID-19 RESPONSE
Dear Guests,
The well-being of our visitors and staff is of the utmost importance to us. We want to assure you that our property is taking significant action in light of the current situation. In addition to adhering to local, state, and federal guidelines, we are instituting the following policies:
- No shared ventilation systems.
- Contactless self-check-in available.
- Stairs available. One-party limit (with priority to upper floors) for the elevator.
- Staff can leave guestroom windows open before arrival. Extra towels and supplies can be placed in the rooms to encourage social distancing.
- Routinely using enhanced antiviral cleaning solutions to disinfect guestrooms, restrooms, restroom fixtures, door handles, elevator buttons, handrails, and more.
- Providing our staff with constant reinforcement of our personal hygiene standards, including:
- Wash hands frequently with soap & water for at least 20 seconds.
- Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth.
- Cover mouth and nose with a bent elbow when coughing or sneezing.
- Maintain at least six feet of distance between yourself and others.
- Ensuring staff receive support and stay home when experiencing any illness.
